Is my personal info safe?
Yes! We only collect your name and email to process entries, verify winners, and send payouts.

What happens to my video?
By submitting your video, you give us permission to judge it and optionally feature winners on social media or our website.

How long do you keep my video?
Videos are only stored for 8–9 days from the start of the challenge—just long enough to judge and pay the winner. After that, they are deleted.

How are payments handled?
All payments go through a trusted, secure provider. We never store credit card info on our site.

Will my data be shared?
Nope! Your info is never sold and is only used for what’s necessary for the competition.

Can I delete my info or video?
Absolutely! You can request your data or videos to be deleted anytime by contacting us.

•Entry fees are non-refundable once paid, because the challenge is live and the prize pot is set.

•Make sure you can participate before paying—your spot goes directly into the competition.

•Rare exceptions (technical issues, payment errors) can be considered—contact us if this happens.

• Challenge must be 1 continuous minute

• No cuts, fast-forward, or filters

• Face and full body visible at all times

• Camera must be side view or 45° angle

• Upload VIDEO titles/descriptions must include: total reps, exercise name, date

• Example: 20 Push-Ups – 22/02/2026

Video Description must include:

• Your full name

•The email used during checkout

Videos missing this information will not be counted.

• Incomplete reps or poor form will not count

• Judges’ decisions are final
